– 320 grams of pennette
– 200 grams of smoked bacon
– 80 ml of fresh cream
– 1/2 glass of Vodka
– 1 onion minced
– extra virgin olive oil
– 300 grams of tomato sauce
Wash and chop the onion, then cook it in a pan with the oil until it becomes transparent.
Add the diced bacon and brown it.
Blend with the Vodka over high heat and let it evaporate.
Add the tomato sauce and cook over a low heat while adding salt.
When the sauce has shrunk, add the cream and mix the ingredients carefully.
Cook the penne in salted water and drain when al dente.
Sauté the pasta in a pan with the dressing adding freshly ground pepper.
